Jazmine Russell-Bantje

I’m a Program Manager & Training Specialist with 9+ years designing and running learning spaces that help diverse communities rethink mental health and wellbeing. I’ve built educational programs across sectors, developed mental health curricula, and facilitated trainings that support community care, collective leadership, and sustainable change.

I started in frontline mental health as a crisis counselor, then co‑founded and directed the Institute for the Development of Human Arts, growing it from a volunteer project into an international non-profit mental health training institute. Since then I’ve consulted on digital training design for Vibrant Emotional Health, built and led learning programs at Blinkist, and maintained a holistic counseling practice and a podcast to engage leaders across fields, consistently using education and capacity building to support more humane approaches to mental health.

I’m passionate about educating social change‑makers, depth-education, and translating research into practical tools, resources, and trainings.
